1940s Red Wing Chef Pierre Cookie Jar

A super cute Red Wing cookie jar from the 1940s! Pierre the Chef was introduced by Red Wing Pottery in 1941, along with his friends Katarina the Dutch Girl and Friar Tuck. These cookie jars were great sellers for Red Wing, with production continuing into the mid-1950s. Approximately 11.5” tall, 8.5” wide, 7” deep with a 5.5” opening.
