This beautiful navy blue and white nautical striped vintage dress features a high cut, V neckline with a sleeveless bodice and a cinched, drop waist that leads into a gathered skirt. Shown with a petticoat underneath for fullness (petticoat not included). The matching belt gives it the perfect wasp waist of the decade! The included nautical sailor ship wheel brooch ties the whole look together. There are a few pinholes beneath the brooch, a few faint spots and pinholes on the bodice and skirt, and a small run on the skirt and side of the collar. The belt has some discoloration and wear.
