Super cute white wash enamel on gold plate rope design turtle pin with bright emerald green bezel set glass cabochon eyet circa 1970's. Hallmarked Napier, it measures 1-1/4 inches at its widest by 1-7/8 inches tall. Although pre-owned, the brooch is in very good condition with minor metal wear & small scratches.
