Made in England. These suede/woven cotton strong dog harnesses are for pugs, Corgies and other dogs with strong chests like bulldogs, etc. I have 2 mini dachshunds and they were too heavy for them. My dogs wore them for 10 days or so and they just weren’t a good fit. They are constructed of woven cotton and suede with heavy hardware. The hardware is scuffed but very intact and strong. There isn’t a mark in the material and nothing out of place. The harnesses are in excellent used condition. I was told by an engraver that they can be re engraved and shined if wanted.
