missashleydaley @bonniej64 hey dear! So sorry that happened to you! I started costing the edges in a beeswax for leather in order to keep the edges rounded. It must have over heated in the shipping process to cause that which is a first that's happened. If it ruined your piece I will gladly make you a new one or repair that one for free! Please let me know :). I will be coming up with a way to solve the issue regardless!
