Length 34" waist (stretches) 15" Handbag, and Skirt are both vintage but in overall good vintage condition. Silk Rebecca Taylor Blouse has a tie neck. A very faint pale rose and the skirt as well. The top does have the tags still attached but there is damage near the bottom which cannot be seen if tucked in - damage is from the removal of a security tag that shouldn't have been used on a delicate fabric.
