4 Metal Spike Dog place card/picture holder

4 metal spike dog place card/picture holders. Can also just be used as decorations. Handcrafted and hand painted. These have never been used. They are a combo of black, white and grey. Each has a deep red collar with spikes. I think they are by Blue Handworks but I'm not sure. Since never used they are in excellent condition. They measure approximately 3" tall, 3" long and 1" wide.
