40s-50s Black Top XTra Small

VERY SMALL and fitted. No clue what the material is, maybe a raw silk or something synthetic? No tag. It's in very good condition but there is a tear in the upper right shoulder back that was repaired at some point. It is hard to see but probably should be redone with black thread. The color looks washed out on here but is truly black.
