Round 40th Birthday backdrop cover. Polyester, measuring 5ft. Used once, had to make tiny holes on top right and left corners to secure a balloon garland, please see pics for specifics. Comes with 16 piece PVC support ring. The support ring does not stand on its own- this backdrop has to be up against something or secured to stand in its own.
