Spaghetti straps, V neck with ruffle design and on shoulder. Dress has a wrap skirt design at waist with a tie strap, so waist is somewhat adjustable. (One side has a belt loop and other side has a specific button hole that the tie straps loop through). Fabric is polyester cotton blend, light and breezy, perfect for summer.
