starrycellar @slimm115 hi 👋🏼 Lying flat the waist measures 14.5 inches across, the rise is 10 inches and the inseam is 29 inches. The waist interior has adjustable buttons for comfort and the waist is stretchy with an elastic band. Definitely seems more like a size 28 :)
