@mhill8208 Hello there. They are not new. I purchased them at Nordstrom almost 10 years ago when they came out. They have however been worn very few times. No scratches, they are in great condition. The only wearing on them has been time so where the sunglasses bend (the arms) it has changed color just a bit. It is not super bright white in those corners.
