tarastone9 Hi. So this happened to me last week because it was raining and I requested a redelivery as well. For some reason they would not do a redelivery and made me go to the post office to pick up the item. I'm not sure why. It was such a big ordeal and I ended up having to speak to the Post Master General. Perhaps it was just my post office, but I figured I'd just let you know. It was quite the headache 😣 sorry this hasn't gone smoother for you and thanks for keeping me posted!
