@bonniemci so the strap is not broken. I’ll bring it out to take a video. It’s the side pull cord. LV can fix it for you or me. I emailed them awhile back about repairs, I’ll try again today. I don’t live near Louis anymore I’m back in Va. but Louis can do it also ahh what’s the name is bag rehab does wonderful work
