Black & Red Halter Dress. Love the vibrant red waist and hem on this dress! Tag marked “Ruth Norman for Gay Gibson”. Size 11, 100% Dacron Polyester. ‘64-‘73 Union tag. Talon zipper in the back. Great vintage condition, only flaw is some very slight discoloration at the hem where it touched the floor while being worn. Please review all photos.
