vffluxury @ssp5151 hi there ! Thank you for your interest. A 7.5C is usually for wider foot but for this style, i have had a few of my customers purchase this in a half size up and it worked out for them. To be certain, I’ll suggest taking a measurement of your foot while i measure the actual insole length of the 7.5C for comparison. If that’s an option you would prefer please let me know and ’ll be happy to provide the measurement in a few hours soon as i am at my work studio.💕

vffluxury @ssp5151 hi there, I’ll suggest going for the 7.5C. The C’s are wide foot but I don’t think they are longer. The 6.5C might be too tight, the 7.5C might have just a little extra room space which in my opinion might feel better than being too tight.

To answer your question on sizing, these are a US 7.5/37.5C with C indicating that they are wide foot sizing so they have more room space than the regular 7.5. If you’re a US 7 for Chanel i am not able to say for certain that it will be a perfect fit. To help out I’ll suggest measuring your foot length and I’ll be happy to measure the insole of the shoes to help you decide. Thanks 🫶🏽
