Vintage D & Gabana lilac lavender skirt European size 38 chic retro pinup

Good condition. Double lined, nice clean cut preppy sweetheart academia style. Pastel lavender bright color. I believe it’s vintage and the brand Dolce & Gabana, I’m not an expert or original owner though. Looking at a size chart for a different brand it says this should be equivalent to a US 6 but fits more like a 2-4. I’m a size 4 and can zip up but it’s a bit snug in the waist. Waist is 13” across, length about 20”.
