abui1212 @kosti19 its ok. I recently needed a repair and they would only accept it with proof of purchase. Apparently if you buy instore, its not always automatically saved. I guess they wanna make sure its not stolen IDK?

kosti19 @abui1212 hmmmm I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve had to take in a few repairs on items that were purchased elsewhere & not in my purchase history & ive never had a problem or have had to pay for the repairs. Do you have another LV store in your area that might not be so strict?
