Very disappointing experience. Ordered 12/21/25 with a stated 3–5 day ship window. No communication until I reached out on 12/26 and was told the seller was traveling but promised shipment on 12/31. Followed up again and was told “tomorrow.” Instead, at 4 a.m. on 1/3 the order was cancelled because the seller “could not find the item.” Inconsistent communication and frustrating outcome.

@anoele Jeez - it’s the holidays and things have been crazy. I’ve been home for 2 weeks and just got back late last night because my original flight got delayed. I was looking for this for 2 hours today. You’re getting refunded so maybe show some compassion.
