@diyavanmali Hello, this is a Coach wristlet and it would be best worn over the wrist or arm, but the strap would be too short to wear over the shoulder. Hope this helps! I could come down in price a little, but not the $40 offer, since this item is new with tags.

@diyavanmali There is a clasp on the right side that can be unhooked, but I believe the other side does not unhook, but I can check and confirm for you when I'm back home tomorrow.
