@sunshinedahlia hi! third pic is of the replaced zipper pull. and the first and fourth pics you can zoom to see wear on straps, some thread fray starting where the strap meets the bag

@aubryab hi! Is that a rip in the leather by the zipper (last photo) and is the leather falling apart? Sorry hard to tell the condition from the photos. Also how’s the strap condition? I see the fraying but is there any other damage / wear?
