Saint Laurent Men’s Andy Sneakers in Leather

Saint Laurent Black Andy sneakers in leather. Saint Laurent embossed on side with gold. They are European size 45. Box says 46 but shoes say 45. So American size 12. They are tighter than normal so fit is more like 11.5. I have the original box and individual bags for shoes.
