nicolepowell451 Hey! My bf bought this bag for my birthday. Trying to get it fixed but YSL needs a receipt. No repair shop can fix it. I sent him this link not realizing the scratches. Please reach out to us. This was supposed to be to a bday special gift. It’s unfixable unless I have the receipt proof of purchase.
