This Prada Milano vintage women's size 44 navy blue slub silk (silk that has small raised areas that give it texture and interest; very hard to find) pant zips and buttons and is made in Italy. There are belt loops to add a belt if desired. Beautiful, vintage, rare. Very good vintage condition. Minimal normal wear. The inner right leg has a snag in the fabric (see 3 pics after tag pics) that a seamstress can probably fix for you.
