rosamundfl @jeri09 hi! the strap is adjustable and the total minimum length of it is 30", and the handle drop at that minimum length is 15"!! also i wasn't sure exactly what you meant by single or double strap--but the strap is attached to the side on each end as you can see in the photos, so it's only single strap. :)
