The shoe part is leather, and the leg part of the boot is a stretch suede. They are beautiful! You will love them. My foot has grown and they are too small for me...

@portergirl72 Yes, appears to be suede. It has a stretch to it. Looking at them, it appears to be that they were only worn maybe a handful of times. very good condition.
