Exterior is flawless except for cracks on the side in front as shown in pics. Does not effect functionality or appearance. Not noticeable and this seems to be a common flaw with the design of this bag. Interior is clean. No odor. No peeling or stains. Comes with garment bag, hanger, lock and keys, luggage tag( has initials but can be removed). Wonderful luggage.
