Very good pre-loved condition. Normal wear on the bag. There's a mark on the back exterior, mark inside the bag located on the bottom fabric lining, and glue marks on the top zipper part of the bag as shown in the photos. I received the purse with the glue marks already on the zipper area, but did not bother to return or replace it. When you wear it, it's barely noticeable.
