FROM COACH: 'Refined pebble leather, inside zip, cell phone and multi-function pockets, center zip compartment, snap closure, fabric lining, handles with 9.5" drop, 13" L, 10.75" H and 5" W. I love that there are 2 sides with ANOTHER center pocket. Alas it does not fit what I need it to fit so I've barely used it. Shame too because I LOVE LOVE LOVE the style. (And have written coach to puhleeze make a bigger one! Slightly. Because. Trying not to carry big bags! (YOU all know, yes, you do!) I will disclose that I am not crazy about the pebbled leather texture but know it is also a norm and I hear it lasts FOREVER. I'll try to have the other closet chick help me make a video soon! It's truly nifty if you don't know! BOTTOM is in absolutely unblemished condition. Inside immaculate. (will take more pictures tomorrow -- too fuzzy from the fading light). I don't know if it is outlet or retail (googling the numbers is all over the place -- I wanted it as a friend's mom has it and I can't ask her if it's retail or outlet). Purchased for me and they don't know either. IT does show up in a search and it is the bag I had wanted and it is a great bag -- just not as large as I need and from googling there MAY be a 'large' one that this is not. So, I'll stop rambling and post and update. ALL hardware is AS NEW. Make a reasonable offer as I really don't know!
