Burberry London’s super cute blouse with a nipped waist and ruffle hem detail. I love wearing this shirt under cropped sweater vest or cropped jacket so that the ruffle waist is exposed. There’s a little residue from the fabric tape I used to close the gap between buttons at the bottom. It will come off in a hot wash, but isn’t noticeable when buttoned.
