@tammy_pease this strap appears to be attached. I will post a picture of it. I do believe if you wanted to remove it or customize something else I’m sure they would be possibly able to do that.

I added a closer up picture of the Hardware how the straps are attached to the bag. I personally have not removed them. That’s something you may have to inquire with Gucci about…. hope that helps
