laurie_harrigan It is 100% authentic. I priced it so low because it does have a water spot on it that I cannot get out or blend. It does have fairly short handles. To fit on your shoulder is questionable depending on your size. I think if you are small it will not be snug. Average size would be good but if you’re on the heavier side I don’t know if it would fit at all. I will get back to you on measurements. I’m not home right now

crickettscache @laurie_harrigan Thank you! Thinking about it. Is it a brighter turquoise blue, or more of a darker blue green jade color? There’s a lot of color variation in the photos. I realize that the true color of nylon fabric can be difficult capture.
