Authentic Vintage Louis Vuitton Monogram Chantilly PM Shoulder Crossbody Bag

Retail: $1,080 (Discontinued in 2020) This is a versatile and adorable Louis Vuitton Monogram Canvas Chantilly PM Bag. This handbag features a rounded shape and has an adjustable shoulder strap that can be worn on the shoulder or cross-body for hands-free convenience. Details: Style: Crossbody/Messenger with one interior pocket Material: Monogram Canvas, Cowhide/ Vachetta & Brass Color: Brown, Tan & Gold Date Code: 874VI (Made in France, April 1987) Measurements: W 7.1" × H 6.7" × D 2" Strap Drop: 15.4" - 20.9" (adjustable) Condition: Handbag has wear and a light patina, as well as some minor staining on the cowhide/vachetta pieces, being it's nearly 40 years old. However, the strap itself has no rips or tears and is in great condition, allowing for many more years of use. The hardware has wear, but is clean and fully functional, the button and snap were recently replaced with authentic materials (LV button & snap). The canvas is in excellent condition, clean with no rips or scratches. The interior leather has some small scratches, but no stains. The bag's main issue is regarding the interior pocket, as it has been stripped and is unusable at this time. Aside from the interior pocket issue, the zipper on the pocket is usable and clean. Outside of the minor cowhide stains/marks and interior pocket issue, the bag is beautiful for its age and with no strap issues, it can be used for many more years.
