Hello! Is that yellow around the brim of the bag. Would i be able to get that out?

Hello! There’s very slight yellowing around the brim but that’s extremely common with this style! It actually gives it a nice vintage look. But I’ve looked at online tutorials and yes there are ways to clean it out!
