Pretty black and tan polka dot short-sleeve top from Dolce & Gabbana (Staff).
Good condition - there is some wrinkling/damage on the front of both sleeves (see pictures) that wouldn't show under a blazer or sweater, or you could alter to remove the sleeves and make this a sleeveless top.

Measures 22" long, 36" pit to pit, 38" hem.
100% polyester, but it looks and feels like real silk.
