Gorgeous Peter Pan Collar with pleat back detail.
CD monogrammed Embroidered Lining - Small Flaw On bottom inside corner of lining where stitching is starting to come loose.
Based on label I believe this piece dates back to the 1950’s
No sizing tag but I would say would fit a small
