Vintage Christian Dior Long‎ Nightgown M/L Pale Pink Sleeveless Cottage Feminine

Vintage Christian Dior women's long nightgown. Light and airy sleeveless design. Pale pink and cream. Lace ribbon and eyelet details on the chest. Dainty and delicate. Feminine and soft. The bottom seems to be a cotton blend. Super thin and soft. A small section of the bottom hem came out. There are also a few stains on the front and back. They are faint and hard to photograph but wanted to disclose. There is also a small pull area on the upper back seam. Not very noticeable but shown in pictures. There are not size or material tags, so my best guess in a medium or vintage large. See pictures for details and measurements.
