@clothandkitsch Hi- no cracks, glazing or odor issues. It still looks and even smells brand new! This was purchased after March 2021 when the microchips were implemented instead of date codes. I’d be happy to share the receipt from the store where purchased, as well.

When worn crossbody, does the Graceful PM keep its shape comfortably, or does it pull oddly at the side rings? Could you send a photo of it being worn crossbody? Also can I see the receipt for the strap and what is the length. Thank you!
