I use heat-shrink tubing over the ball chain connector of my Coach hang tags so they can’t accidentally fall off. You can see this in the close-up photo of the hangtag. It is a clear plastic tubing that you will only see close-up. I can remove that upon request when purchased - just let me know! But it works great if you want to make sure your hangtags are secured to the bag!
