Gucci Princetown Mule- the soles are very delicate and so even though they were only worn a handful of times, they appear like the photo. I recommend replacing with a rubber sole if this bothers you (I did with another pair I sold awhile ago) but if not they are in great condition— you can tell by the heel— and already broken in ◡̈
