Celine Clear PVC/ Plastic Pouch 8" x 8"

This listing is for 1 pre-owned plastic/PVC pouch with golden buttons. Clean, smoke-free environment. It was never used, but it's been in the closet for a long time, it looks kind of opaque. I read on Google that they recommend cleaning it with soapy water, or glass cleaner. I didn't do it, I don't want to ruin it, or use the wrong product.
