Women’s Prada brown leather made in Italy short Chelsea pull on boot size 38

Prada boots in GUC, leather is in excellent shape. Soles in excellent condition. Very soft leather. Light scuffing to toes. Please note that on the side panels there is an exposed piece of elastic that has been cut (shown in photos). Hard to notice and doesn’t affect function/wear. This is reflected in price. Euro size 38 equivalent to US women’s 7.5-8
