Authentic vintage 100% silk blouse from Hermès, featuring the iconic "Grand Apparat" design. This specific pattern was designed by Jacques Eudel and first released in 1962. The sleeve cuffs have been altered. Originally it had 2 buttons, the holes were sewn shut. Currently it features 5 buttons, and the cuff inside was replaced with matching fabric.
