There is a tear in the zipper, but zipper works perfectly fine! Recently took it into Gucci store in Denver and they quoted me $140 to replace it. Will include certificate of authentication.

jaca2015 @annehinder is the repair accepted only for the original buyer if I would message them. Would they take me if I will say I bought it used?

annehinder Yes. I bought it used off vestaire collective. And I took it into the Gucci store and they were happy to do the repair, I just didn’t want to pay the $140, would rather sell it for cheap and get something new!
