@hsanford02 I haven't replaced it before, but should be pretty simple to replace at a watch store or even with an at-home kit!

@hsanford02 It's been worn in the past year as a decorative piece of jewelry so I'm not sure exactly when the battery gave out. Because there is no damage to the watch, I don't imagine there being any other issue so I would feel confident that a battery replacement will do the trick, but of course up to you! Feel free to make an offer.
