80s VTG ColorBlock Suede Tunic Dress Deconstructed Raw Edge Festival Signed

This awesome vintage 70’s dress is made of buttery-soft suede pieces that have been whipstitched together in a color block pattern. The edges are raw. The sleeve has a cut-work detail It has been signed by the artist Celia Kern. So cool!
