80s vintage Romantic Floral Peplum Belted Dress / Sunshine Starshine

Lovely vintage romantic floral peplum dress by Sunshine Starshine from the 1980's. This sheer, lightweight 100% polyester dress is covered with a dense array of flowers and foliage in shades of pink, cream, lilac, cornflower blue, pale yellow and green set against a boldly contrasting black background. The dress features a rounded neckline, short puffy sleeves, shoulder pads, an elasticized high waistline, matching adjustable belt, peplum poof at hips, back kick slit, and a keyhole opening along the neck in the back with a pink button closure. The neckline, sleeves and peplum are finished with a pink shiny satin trim. Marked size 18- which is more of a size 10 in today's sizes.  Measurements: measured across- Shoulder to shoulder- 17" Pit To Pit-  18" Elastic waist- 15" to 23" Neck line to bottom - 42"
