90’s GAP strapless cotton dress

Absolutely gutted this doesn’t fit me. It’s a quintessential GAP piece from the late 90’s. The skirt is a perfect a line and the bust comes with a “bra” lining. It’s so very Charlotte York with a tiny shoulder bag and a cute Prada sandal. This is just a perfect and timeless piece. It’s marked a size 8 but it fits perfectly on my size 2/4 mannequin so I’m listing as a small. Please see photos for measurements.
