90s New York & Co cobalt blue blouse

I received this as a gift well over 20 years ago. Actually, I received two of this style and three of the cobalt blue V necks. When you say your work requires blue and khaki- somtimes family can go overboard. I doubt this has ever been worn, but it's been kept free of dirt, dust, and odors. It's a gorgeous color and fits around the breasts like a drape. It's so pretty. Also it's a 3 quarter sleeve.
