90s Vintage Size 3/4 Prom Winter Formal Dress Metallic Ice Blue Sequins

This vintage dress belonged to my sister in high school, back in the 1990s. Fully lined in an icy, powder blue stretchy fabric. The top layer is a slightly lighter shade of powder blue, with metallic silver thread woven throughout, completely covered in metallic baby blue sequin discs. Sleeveless, racer back style up top.
